• Fuel Payments: Many companies provide fuel cards (e.g., CFN or Voyager) that offer access to discounted fuel. But for our Home or Business fuel delivery we use a unique cost structure. We are creating a large network of gas stations with discounted transaction fees. Our Home delivery simplifies record-keeping. Our invoices detail transactions like date, location, and mileage. We also have IRS Forms for expenses sat tax time.• Reimbursement: We offer mileage reimbursement. A contractor is paid for the business miles driven, often through a dedicated system to track expenses accurately.• Tax deductions: Contractors can deduct business-related expenses, such as fuel and maintenance, from their taxable income. This can significantly lower their overall tax burden. Other potential benefits for independent contractors • Retirement savings: Companies may offer access to retirement plans, such as a SEP IRA, which allows independent contractors to save for retirement.• Voluntary benefits: Company might offer access to voluntary benefits, such as health, dental, and vision insurance, though the contractor would likely pay the premiums.• Discounts: Contractors have access to corporate discounts on travel or other business-related purchases.• Cash advances: Some companies offer cash advances for contractors, giving them financial flexibility before a full settlement is paid.• Business support: Some platforms provide resources to help contractors manage their businesses, assistance or advertising solutions.

WE CAN ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY FOR INIITIAL FUEL DEPOSIT TO AVOID THE 1.3% to 4% credit card fees on every fill-up. We want to pass our costs on to without card companies taking additional fees per fill-ups. HERE IS WHY Credit and debit card fees for gas purchases are typically in the range of 1.5% to 3.25% of the transaction, but many gas stations add a fixed per-gallon surcharge to cover processing costs, which can add up to 10 cents or more per gallon. Some states ban surcharges, while others allow them, so the exact amount can vary significantly by location. Some cards take $1.00/gallon. If you still prefer to use a credit card you can pay their fees as usual. Our accounts do not charge service fees with our subscriber accounts. Our discount rate is to the customer not th crerdit card companies which is why we ask for intial $100 to $200 on account prior to services. We can debit your account accordingly without a 1-3% fee or more is going to cover acounting costs. We already do that at no cost. We have card called AMERICAONE CARD without outside vendors capitalizing on our reduced gas costs
It is illegal in all U.S. states to add a surcharge to debit card transactions, primarily because of the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Act and card brand rules that prohibit it. While some states have their own laws regarding credit card surcharges, debit card surcharges are universally banned nationwide.
